Driveways & Porches
We believe in a driveway that will last you, our standard driveway is 4.5" thick, 3000 PSI, #3 Rebar 18" OC this allows the rebar to have the minimum coverage requirement of 2" embed.
Shops Foundations
Standard shop foundations consist of a 4.5" slab, 3500 PSI concrete, #4 16" OC rebar grid. we also include a 12"x24" perimeter grade beam and column intersecting beams, this consists of #3 6"x18" stirrups & 6 pieces of #5 rebar. 2 Top, 2 Middle, 2 Bottom, These slabs are usually $8-$10 a SQFT
House Foundations
Our standard House foundation consists of 4.5" slab, 3500 PSI concrete, #4 16" OC rebar grid. we also include a 12"x24" perimeter grade beam and column intersecting beams, Load bearing walls & brick ledgers, this consists of #3 6"x18" stirrups & 6 pieces of #5 rebar. 2 Top, 2 Middle, 2 Bottom, #5 corner shear bar.
Commercial Foundations
Our standard commercial foundation consists of 5" slab, 3500 PSI concrete, #4 16" OC rebar grid. we also include a 12"x24" perimeter grade beam and column intersecting beams, 24"x24" Spread footers at each column location and beam intersection, Corner rebar for each corner 2 top, 2 bottom, Load bearing walls & brick ledgers, this consists of #3 6"x18" stirrups & 6 pieces of #5 rebar. 2 Top, 2 Middle, 2 Bottom, #5 corner shear bar.
